An appointment is 15 minutes. Usually what takes the longest is deciding what you would like. You will have time to try on different styles and lay out/design your piece. The process of fitting and welding is pretty quick!

Yes 🙌 That’s the whole point. Your piece is made to keep up with your life - gym, showers, vacations, all of it.

If your permanent jewelry piece needs to be removed, you can use nail clippers or jewelry snips to cut it. We recommend cutting the jump ring we used to weld your piece together and placing it in a small so it's safe. You can always have it re-welded later!

Not at all :) There is a small spark produced during the welding process but we always use a protective piece between your jewelry and your skin.

This isn’t “wear it for a week” jewelry.

With quality metals and normal wear, your piece can last years. A lot of clients never take theirs off.

It’s not meant to break, but life happens and snags can happen with any jewelry. If it does:
• Break AT THE WELD site within 30 days → I’ll fix it for free
• Break in the chain (anytime) → $20 repair fee
