Jael Joyeux Permanent Jewelry provides custom-fit, welded jewelry pieces designed for everyday wear.

By booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or interacting with our services, you agree to the following terms:

Appointments & Services

All permanent jewelry is custom-fit and welded at the time of service

A waiver must be completed prior to your appointment

A deposit may be required to secure your booking

Deposits are applied toward your service and may be non-refundable depending on cancellation timing

Repairs & Adjustments

We offer a 30-day weld guarantee

After 30 days, repair fees may apply

Adjustments for Jael Joyeux pieces are available

SMS Messaging Terms

By opting into SMS communications, you agree to receive messages related to your appointments, services, and occasional promotions.You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to [Phone Number]. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Clients are responsible for caring for their jewelry after service

While permanent jewelry is designed for durability, wear and tear can happen depending on lifestyle

Clients should follow aftercare recommendations provided

Limitation of Liability

Jael Joyeux is not responsible for:

Damage due to improper care, accidents, or external factors

Loss of jewelry after service

Allergic reactions (though we use high-quality, tested materials)

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any updates.
